It’s very difficult for most parents to call forth their best parenting skills when under fire by their teen even when they’re being just … well, typical teenagers.

That’s why you want to know what’s coming and be prepared.  Learning new skills with other parents is fun!  It’s difficult to make changes, understand what teens need from us, and deliver under pressure without outside support.

Family coaching helps parents with balance, organization, communication, and approach.

Discussions include:

  • Raising kids to be human beings when screens consume so much family time
  • Understanding self-esteem and how to build it in your teen
  • Stress management related to schedules, expectations

As a result, you’ll come away with:

  • An active role in your teen’s life
  • Greater trust between family members
  • More meaningful dialogue
